Delivery Details:

All orders are sent either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the size and value of your order. A signature will therefore be required upon receipt. If you prefer we can have an order delivered to an alternative address if this is more convenient - please e-mail us with details.

All orders are processed and posted within 2 working days of receipt of order and payment.

Unfortunately due to insurance restrictions we are only able to ship to locations within the UK at the moment.

Payment

Payment can either be made by credit or debit card through Paypal.

Refunds:

We offer a no quibble return policy. If you are unhappy with the item or it is no longer required we are happy to accept it back providing it is returned within 14 days of receipt.

For items that are not faulty they must be returned unopened in resaleable condition.

The return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item(s) were faulty. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original payment.
