For customers within the UK (including highlands & islands):

We currently offer free standard p&p on all orders posted to locations within the UK. If you would prefer a signed for service please contact us for postal rates

Europe

We charge a flat rate of £2.50 for all orders to Europe

Australia & New Zealand

A flat rate of £4.00 is charged for all orders being posted to Australia or New Zealand

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase.

Returns:

We will happily accept any returns within 14 days from the date of receipt whatever the reason. If this is due to a faulty or damaged item the refund will include the buyers postage costs as indicated on the package. If however, it is being returned for any other reason we will only refund the cost of the item (not p&p costs from either despatch or return). It is the responsibility of the buyer to get the package to us. We cannot process any refund until the item is received back. All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
